It's All About the Trees(Forest Bathing Part 2)

Interesting article in the Chicago Trib reported on the health benefits, including psychological health, of people who live on tree lined streets in urban areas. The surprising finding was that those living in more open grassy areas had poorer health. These findings suggested there was something inherently health inducing about trees.

These findings seem to correlate with the health benefits found in those who forest bathe: better sleep, enhanced immune system, less stress, more energy, lower blood pressure and cortisol levels. It's all about the trees, baby!
